Hey there! We’re Brandon & Maggie Barnes and we are the owners of B&M Homes in Charleston, South Carolina. We’ve been investing in real estate for about three and a half years and it’s been one of the most unbelievable experiences of our lives. It’s allowed us to help homeowners sell their house during difficult situations like foreclosure, inherited properties, tax defaults and other scenarios that you just never would have imagined. The other side of it, it’s allowed us to help people who want to buy their dream houses, but don’t may be qualify through the banks and traditional realms to buy a house that they wanted to live in. Another thing that buying houses and real estate investing has allowed us to do is help amazing organizations like Lowcountry Orphan Relief. Lowcountry Orphan Relief is one of our favorite organizations. It helps children in need who are entering the foster system here in Charleston, South Carolina. They’ve been near and dear to our heart and it’s been an amazing, fulfilling partnership. The most wonderful thing about real estate investing, it’s allowed us to spend time with our family and hang out with our two beautiful children. Since we’ve been in this industry, we’ve bought and sold over 400 houses (by 2019), we’ve flipped houses, we’ve kept rentals, we’ve helped homeowners out of all kinds of scenarios. It’s been very rewarding to sit at a closing table and have a homeowner tell us how much we’ve impacted their lives through our work. We cannot ask for a better opportunity to help people figure out their problems and get them to a new, brighter, more fulfilled future.
